Local 393 has entered into Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) with our signatory Contractor Associations. Our agreements establish the guidelines of employment encompassing wages, fringe benefit package, and other terms & conditions of employment. The CBA sets forth a standard of rules & guidelines to direct and protect both the employer and the employee.
In providing our expertise to our contractors, they, in turn, are able to ascertain a greater client base whose finished product requirements demand the very best in construction techniques and application.
